Pretoria, South Africa – The Institute for Security Studies and the ENACT Project is saddened by the untimely passing of Jenni Irish-Qhobosheane in a car accident on 12 April. An experienced organised crime and policing expert, Jenni demonstrated unwavering dedication, courage and integrity in her efforts to combat corruption and criminal networks in South Africa. Her research and policy work will have a lasting impact in the fight against organised crime in Africa.
